Back Office Assistant – Skill Development
Suraya Sartaz Infotech Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to join our growing team in the Skill Development department. This role is perfect for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for contributing to the development of skills and education programs.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of skill development programs and participant data.
Coordinate with trainers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth program execution.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Handle communication via email and phone with participants and partners.
Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment and manage supplies.
Support the team with administrative tasks to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
10th to 12th
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role is a plus.
