We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Enterprise Sales (India) to lead and grow our full-time placement solutions business in the Indian market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. You will have a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, particularly in the Full-Time placement and HR technology space. You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Indian market, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to exceeding sales targets.Requirement:
Minimum 10 to 30 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on Full-Time placement services.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing sales teams
Strong understanding of the Indian market and its business landscape
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
Max Budget: ₹40,00,000 per year

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Indian market, targeting key enterprise clients.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team, recruiting, training, and mentoring sales professionals.
Identify and qualify potential clients, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closure.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and product launches.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform sales strategy and product development.
Track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Represent Optimhire at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and generating new leads.
