Success Manager - Remote

Optem is looking for a highly motivated client advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to clients who are seeking to hire talent, building relationships, and helping them post job listings on our platform.
OptimHire is seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor/Success Manager to help businesses find top talent through our platform. In this role, you will reach out to potential clients, build relationships, take them through platform demos, and help them post job listings.
Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Take 5 online demos per day to showcase our platform’s features and benefits.
  • Send follow-up emails and LinkedIn connection requests.
  • Conduct Online demos, ensuring clients are guided through the platform.
  • Follow up to ensure contract signing and job postings.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the client onboarding process.


Requirements:
Take 5 online demos per day to showcase our platform’s features and benefits.
Preferred background in SaaS or HR Tech industries.
Previous experience in the B2B domain in India is highly desirable.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to work remotely and meet daily targets consistently.
