Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated female candidate for the role of Telecaller Sales & High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecalling, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to engage and close deals with HNI clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a keen understanding of the Delhi and Gurgaon markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling & Lead Generation:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote company products/services.
- Identify potential leads and generate interest through effective communication and persuasion.
- Maintain and update a database of potential clients, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
2. Client Engagement & Sales:
- Schedule and attend meetings with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) in Delhi and Gurgaon.
- Present and pitch company products/services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
3. Sales Closure:
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with HNI clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Sales/Marketing preferred).
- Proven experience in telecalling and sales, particularly with HNI clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the Delhi and Gurgaon markets is a plus.

Working Conditions:
- Based in Delhi/Gurgaon, with frequent travel within these areas for client meetings if required
