We are Looking a dynamic and experienced Manager for our Travel Sales team, with a strong background in inbound and outbound voice processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing a BPO-like setup within our organization, managing inbound and outbound travel sales, and leading a team of travel sales agents. The Manager will drive sales performance, ensure excellent customer service, and optimize operational efficiency.
Manager – Travel Sales (Inbound & Outbound Voice Process)
Handling Inbound and Outbound leads for adventure travel bookings
Manage a team of travel consultants and take responsibility of departmental targets
Assist in creating promotional campaigns for lead generation from existing customer database
Maximise new lead conversion and cross selling revenue from existing customers
Ensure proper updating of leads, follow up and status on CRM
An ideal candidate should,
Have worked as a travel consultant in a call centre environment for at least 3 years
Have handled a team of tele-sales executive in any industry
Understand of sales process, scripts, rebuttal and other hacks
Have used a CRM software
