Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Business Development Associate (B2C) located in Thane, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain business relationships with clients. The Business Development Associate will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strategizing and implementing plans to increase revenue, and conducting market research to secure new clients.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum year of experience in business development or a similar role

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Proven track record in developing new business relationships and increasing revenue.

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

• Experience in the education industry is preferred but not required.
