Job Description of Team Leader – Digital Sales

KRA

• Increase lead to booking conversion
• Increase interaction with existing customers & cross sell/upsell

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales targets by promoting day picnic, 1 night stays and other travel packages and accommodations to clients
2. Attend calls and convert them into revenue by solving the customer queries & objections.
3. Supervise and lead the Non field sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure that individual and team goals are met.
4. Conduct daily huddles, weekly sprints & monthly closings with the team.
5. Empower team to interact with existing customers, build relationships and by organizing daily/weekly calling drives.
6. Bring revenue by Cross Selling & Upselling to existing customers.

Qualification

• Post-graduation in travel and tourism
• Fluent English and L4 skills on Microsoft Office

Experience

• Handling teams of tele sales of 6-8 members selling tour packages or similar
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• 3-4 Experience of working in well-established travel firms
