Work life at R sport presents frequent adventure opportunities of participating in Rock Climbing, Trekking, Camping, etc. Those who are 24- to 40-year-old with a passion for working in adventure, amusement and hospitality industry in a professional work culture should apply. 

-         Lead the R sport Residential Program along with on site and day out programs. 

-         Ensure smooth program delivery by coordinating with instructors, transporter, other vendors, and check facility readiness.

-         Build guest relationships by servicing them for better program feedback, cross selling & upselling of other Rocksport’s products.

-         Organize ideation sessions, plan and execute events at the campsite.

-         Planning of itinerary, activities, and other logistics for on-site and residential programs.

-         Support the sales team by conducting students/parent orientation and presentations in schools.

Skills & Qualifications

1.      Minimum 5 yrs of experience in running adventure programs or tours for schools, corporates, or families

2.      Knowledge of making itineraries and experience of organizing adventure camps or tours 3. Preferably have done basic rock climbing or mountaineering course (7 to 30 days)

4.      Graduate (from any stream)

5.      Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

6.      Good communication & presentation skills in local language

7.      Working ability of English speaking & skills 

8.      Background of sports or other extracurricular activities

9.      Passion of travelling across India

 Growth & Compensation: 

1.      Salary of Rs. 3.6 to 5 lakh per annum

2.      Possibility of growing the carrier to General Manager
