1. The candidate with 5-7 years work of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales.
2. Whole Sole in charge of the region. Accountable for managing Sales and Distribution of associated brands like Coleman, Contigo, Edelrid, Headrush, LifeStraw, Monkey Hardware etc.
3. Developing regional sales plan and breaking them in quarterly and monthly targets.
4. Achieve the overall revenue target by nurturing relationships with current set of Distributors, dealers & B2B customer’s (including up-selling and cross-selling).
5. Develop and groom team by conducting daily and weekly meetings, reviews and trainings in order to achieve team and individual targets.
6. Key area of focus will be to tap, engage and convert big accounts present in his designated territory.
7. A desired candidate should be a fast learner, self-starter and go getter.
8. This position demands frequent outstation visits, thus candidate must be willing to frequently travel outstation (12-14 days in a particular month), he is also responsible to imbibe the same culture within his team as well
