Position Details:

Job Title: Telesales Representative

Location: Pratap Nagar, and DCM (Jaipur)

Open Positions: 60

Compensation:

Base Salary: ₹16,000 per month

Performance-Based Incentives: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products and services

 2. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the management

3.  Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support

4.  Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services to effectively address customer needs and concerns

 5. Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in telesales or a related field is preferred

Skills: Average communication skills, ability to handle objections, and a proactive approach to sales

Education: Minimum education qualification is 10+2 (high school diploma)
