Job description:-

1. Forecast the requirement of vendors for all branches.
2. Identify and onboard necessary vendors.
3. Establish and maintain positive vendor relationship.
4. Ensure TAT of tentative and confirmed program information.
5. Handle escalations and resolve all conflicts for upcoming programs.
6. Fulfill responsibilities of coordinator in absence of any team member.
7. Identify and follow up for any gaps in vendors or their compliance requirement.
8. Ensure accuracy and completion of all program related data and records.
9. Review vendor performance reports and submit action plans for improvement.
10. Be 24X7 available to handle operation related crises.
