The position of Head Activity & Safety at Rocksport is the stepping stone to the exciting career in adventure, travel, and hospitality industry. The candidate is responsible is responsible for overseeing and implementing safety measures within an organization. This crucial role ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, while also proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards .The Head of Safety oversees the safety team and collaborates with cross-functional departments to continuously improve safety practices. The role provides training to employees, conducts risk assessments, investigates incidents, and creates strategies to minimize accidents and injuries to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, creating a safe working environment for all employees and developing, implementing, and managing the company’s safety strategies and initiatives. This position establishes safety policies, procedures, and guidelines while providing expertise to minimize risks and accidents

Responsibilities 

 Develop and update safety and briefing manual for each activity

 Develop equipment usage guidelines as per international standards

 Conduct trainings to improve safety of activities and facilities

 Build risk management framework and SOPs for safe activities

 Conduct different types of safety audits for Rocksport and other partner sites

Eligibility 

 Graduate 

 IRATA or equivalent

 AMC or equivalent

 Safety or risk management

 Proven experience in developing and implementing safety programs in a similar role.

Growth & Compensation: 

1. Salary between Rs. 8 Lakh – 10 lakh per annum Head Activity & Safety
