The position of Program Delivery Manager at R.sport provides candidates with the exciting career in adventure, travel, and hospitality industry. The candidate is responsible for leading the Residential program of R. sport as camp commander who ensures smooth operations and error free delivery of the program. 

The role also given the opportunity to lead the other program formats i.e. On site programs & Day out programs. This role also requires interacting with guest for feedbacks, and various selling opportunities. The candidate also gets to conduct parents and students’ orientations in school and speak about benefits of adventure and R.sport programs to educators at various levels. The candidate works both from R.sport campsite and branch office in the city for smooth coordination between the sales team and program operations. The role provides multiple opportunities to travel and conduct R.port programs all over the country. The role also demands the candidate to lead the programs and regularly train the team on various technical and soft skills. The selected candidate undergoes STG, which is a professionally designed induction and on job training program. The candidate gets a chance to work with most professional adventure leaders and outdoor learning experts. This enables committed and hardworking R.sporters to achieve professional and financial growth, unmatchable in the industry. Work life at R.sport presents frequent adventure opportunities of participating in Rock Climbing, Trekking, Camping, etc. Those who are, 24- to 40-year-old with a passion of working in adventure, amusement and hospitality industry in a professional work culture should apply. - - - - - - Lead the R. sport Residential Program along with on site and day out programs. Ensure smooth program delivery by coordinating with instructors, transporter, other vendors, and check facility readiness. Build guest relationship by servicing them for better program feedback, cross selling & upselling of other R.sport’s products. Organize ideation sessions, plan and execute events at the campsite. Planning of itinerary, activities, and other logistics for on-site and residential programs. Support the sales team by conducting students/parent orientation and presentations in schools. 

Skills & Qualifications 

1. Minimum 5 yrs of experience in running adventure programs or tours for schools, corporates, or families 

2. Knowledge of making itineraries and experience of organizing adventure camps or tours 

3. Preferably have done basic rock climbing or mountaineering course (7 to 30 days) 

Work responsibilities/Job description is as follows:

1. Developing regional sales plan and align with business objectives and breakdown into quarterly and monthly targets.

2. Achieve the overall revenue target by nurturing relationships with schools in order to generate business for various Rock sport programs.  

3. Developing and executing annual marketing plan to achieve annual revenue

targets.  

4. Develop and groom team by conducting daily and weekly meetings, reviews & trainings.

5. Ensure identification & development of Rock sport City camps & Residential 

       camps to conduct Rock sport programs. 

6. Planning and executing Reward & Recognition programs of the teams. 

7. Maintaining and updating schools list. 

8. Conduct presales on existing lists in order to bifurcate the list in qualified & 

       disqualified customers.  

7. Documentation of School sales efforts on CRM software and generate variou reports. 

8. Increase guest reviews and satisfaction by ensuring smooth functioning and upkeep of the camp. 

9. Participate in and manage public relation events and activities.

10. Work in camps and programs to ensure guest satisfaction. 

11. Address potential problems in sales operations and suggest prompt solutions.  

12. Constantly work for the geographical expansion of the territories. 

13. Provide 24 x 7 support to the team a

nd clients.
