### **Job Description: Fiber Field Labour Work Supervisor**  

**Location:** Ahmedabad  

**Salary:**  

- **Fresher:** ₹15,000/month  

- **Experienced:** ₹20,000/month  

**Facilities Provided:** Food & Residence by the Company  

#### **Job Responsibilities:**  

1. **Supervision of Field Work:** Oversee fiber installation and maintenance work at various sites.  

2. **Team Management:** Guide and manage laborers to ensure efficient work execution.  

3. **Quality Control:** Ensure proper fiber laying, splicing, and testing as per company standards.  

4. **Safety Compliance:** Monitor and enforce safety guidelines during fieldwork.  

5. **Material Management:** Keep track of fiber cables, tools, and other required materials.  

6. **Reporting:** Maintain daily work reports and update senior management on project progress.  

7. **Coordination:** Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.  

**Requirements:**  

- **Education:** Graduate in any discipline.  

- **Experience:** Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.  

- **Skills:** Leadership, problem-solving, field management, and basic knowledge of fiber optics.  

- **Physical Fitness:** Should be able to work in outdoor environments.
