Responsibilities

Performance Marketing:

  • Develop, execute, optimize, and own marketing strategy
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, Ain line with brand plans and business priorities
  • Responsible for driving Revenue, Traffic, Engagement and ROI through above channels and partner closely with the extended marketing and sales development functions.
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Setting up and optimizing ads manager goals and tracking/conversion pixels.
  • Explore and test new channels and audiences, utilizing data to validate the channel’s efficacy
  • Managing full-cycle execution of campaigns with varying objectives across paid media channels.
  • Build a comprehensive mobile app marketing plan which is strategized with a detailed approach to promoting, and monetizing app.

 

Affiliate Marketing:

  • Work on a network of partners across ad networks, affiliates websites/ Apps, OEM partners and other to fuel growth and sales.
  • Identify and implement the right tech solutions for tracking, accounting and managing partners
  • Study audience engagement through app-events in order to optimise campaigns with partners to build a sustainable channel.

 

Alliance & Partnership:

  • Evangelise company products by developing key alliances/partnerships.
  • Define mutual goals, marketing objectives and strategy, and build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance.
  • Support strategy, planning, and activation of competitive and partner activities at marketing events.
  • Maintain, manage, and market the program which provides foundation for relationship with partners.
  • Establish metrics to assess the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance.

 

Budgeting & Revenue:

  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
  • Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spend.
  • Ensuring best possible spent optimization by continuously optimizing campaigns based on learning from multiple A/B tests across creative, targets, and other strategies.
  • Manage the paid budget and drive efficiencies.

 

Report & Analysis:

 

  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
  • Extensive reporting & data analysis based on metrics that matter.
  • Have a data-driven approach to make informed decisions while optimizing campaigns and improving effectiveness in all paid media channels
  • Managing performance and post-campaign analysis reporting
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

 

Team Management & Co-ordination:

  • Hire, manage and develop marketing team.
  • Co-ordinate with other department for product development and effective marketing strategies.

 

 

Position Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: MBA or Masters in marketing or a related field

Experience: Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in digital marketing preferably from the Edtech industry.

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Creating and maintaining client relationships
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Familiar with financial planning and strategy
