Position: Content Development (Subject Matter Expert - Physics)
Reports To: Academic Head
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Education Qualification: B.Sc. in Physics (Postgraduate preferred)
Salary: ₹4 LPA to ₹6 LPA
Experience: 1-3 years as a Physics SME or teaching experience (CBSE/ICSE board or EdTech content creation)

Job Responsibilities:

• Create educational content for Physics, including storyboard development, scripting, voiceovers, recording, assessments, and activities.
• Research, source, and develop subject matter content, ensuring regular updates in line with changes.
• Plan, prioritize, and organize subject activities to meet goals and timelines.
• Prepare lesson plans and storyboards within the TAT (Turnaround Time) for an effective learning experience.
• Assist in preparing instruction plans and timetables to ensure timely completion of schedules within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with the production/content team to deliver presentations seamlessly and on time.
• Coordinate recording schedules for Physics lessons and work closely with the editing team to finalize recordings.
• Develop assessments and activities for assigned subjects.
• Attend training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and performance.

Position Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Physics preferred; B.Sc. (Physics) acceptable with relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of teaching experience for CBSE/ICSE boards or as a Physics Subject Matter Expert in EdTech.
• Must be comfortable on camera for lesson recordings.
• Familiarity with instructional design-based content planning is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to work with diverse teams and build consensus.
