Position: Team Leader - Content Writer (IT School Books)
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Education Qualification: BCA / Graduate in IT/higher Education 

Experience: Minimum 4 years of IT coding experience
Salary: ₹8 LPA to ₹10 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of content writers to develop IT-related school books.
• Create and review high-quality content on IT and coding topics.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to curriculum standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and educational materials.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate them into content.
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of coding and IT concepts.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in IT or equivalent (BCA preferred).
• Proven experience in IT coding and content creation for at least 4 years.
• Passion for education and simplifying complex technical topics for young learners.
